By participating in any Puppy Paws Yoga Inc experience, class, private event, corporate event, pop-up, party, or off-site activation (“Event”) involving yoga or light physical activity and interaction with live animals (puppies/dogs), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand participation involves inherent risks, including slips or falls, strains or sprains, collisions, allergic or asthma reactions, scratches or bites, illness or exposure to germs, dander, saliva, and the unpredictable behavior of animals. I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks related to my participation.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Puppy Paws Yoga Inc, its affiliates, the Event venue or host location, property owners, instructors, puppy handlers or breeders, staff, contractors, agents, and partners (“Released Parties”) from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation in the Event, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
Safety & Conduct
I agree to follow all staff instructions and safety rules. Puppy Paws Yoga Inc may refuse participation or remove me from the Event without refund if my behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, aggressive, or non-compliant.
Health & Emergency Care
I confirm I am physically able to participate and responsible for my own health and safety. If necessary, I authorize Puppy Paws Yoga Inc or Event staff to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf, and I am responsible for any related costs.
Photo & Video Consent
I grant Puppy Paws Yoga Inc permission to use photos or videos of me taken during the Event for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation. If I do not wish to be filmed, I will notify staff before the Event. I understand I may still appear incidentally in group footage.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my actions, rule violations, or false statements.
Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Event takes place. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration service.
