What to Expect

Puppy time starts from minute one.

Enjoy a full 75-minute experience with puppies part of the class the entire time. Begin with a relaxed, beginner friendly 45-minute yoga flow where you can follow along or interact, play, and cuddle with the puppies whenever you like.

Then flow into 30 minutes of dedicated puppy playtime filled with snuggles, photos, and unforgettable moments.

From playful energy to peaceful puppy naps, the puppies are always part of the experience from start to finish.

While we do our best to share updates in advance, breeds are not guaranteed and may change at the last minute.

Because our classes have limited availability and require advance planning, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you're unable to attend, we'll gladly help transfer your reservation to another available class when requested at least 3 days before your event.

Different breeds

We partner with local breeders around each city. Puppies joining our classes are between 8 and 12 weeks old. They are vaccinated and participate to the class right before joining their new homes. Breeds are announced up to 3 days before the weekend on our Instagram pages.

What is Puppy Yoga?

Puppy Yoga is a truly one-of-a-kind experience that blends the calming flow of yoga with the joyful presence of playful puppies. It’s designed to help you relax, reduce stress, and simply feel good, all while sharing the moment with adorable furry friends.

Our 75-minute classes are open to all skill levels and led by experienced instructors who guide you through gentle yoga and relaxation techniques. Along the way, you’ll also have plenty of time to snuggle, play, and connect with our well-socialized puppies.

Where do the puppies come from ?

We team up with amazing local breeders in every city to bring you the cutest yoga classmates imaginable! 🐾 Our pups are 8–12 weeks old, vaccinated, and ready to spread joy before they head off to their forever homes. After class, they return to their breeders for a little more pampering.

How many puppies will be in my session ?

Every class includes 6 to 12 adorable pups ready to melt your heart. 🐶
The exact number depends on the litter size and who’s available to join the fun. For their safety and well-being, we keep each litter together, no mixing, just happy, healthy puppies. 💕

Where and When Can I book my Puppy Yoga session ?

Booking is simple, just choose your city and save your spot. Right now, our puppy-powered yoga is lighting up the Bay Area, with more cities in the works. 👀

Can pregnant women participate?

Puppy yoga can be a gentle and enjoyable experience, but if you’re pregnant or have any health concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before attending. This helps ensure the class is a good fit for you and your comfort level. 🐾

Can children participate ?

Children are welcome at Puppy Paws Yoga, with a few guidelines for everyone’s comfort and safety. Participants must be at least 6 years old to attend. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
